Introduction: Prescription drug abuse is a problem in the United States. Every day in the USA approximately 2500 (12 to 17) year old youth abuse a prescription pain reliever for the first time. Prescription drug use can lead to addiction and to even death. Never, never take a prescripton drug that was issued to a family member or a friend.
