CalArk is pleased to present that we are now recognizing a Driver of the Month beginning with July 2019. Criteria considered when choosing a Driver of the Month includes miles, MPG, on-time-delivery, safety record, attitude, professionalism, and overall performance. Recipients of the Driver of the Month Award will be presented with a plaque, CalArk button up shirts that say “Driver of the Month”, and other perks throughout the year including being automatically placed in the running for Driver of the Year.
CalArk’s very first Driver of the Month is Richard Taylor. Richard is on Ronnie Moore’s board and is from Trenton, NC. He is a rehire who originally started with us in September of 2014. Becky Melton and Ronnie Moore both agree Richard is a great guy and is always willing to help out. He is also one of our driver trainers. If you see Richard around, please congratulate him on a job well done!
